The approach taken by all members of the Family Law Division is to prepare the matters thoroughly, to assist the client in making the best possible decision as to each course of action, to provide advice, and seek mental health professional evaluations and/or forensic accountant assistance, as appropriate, and to be proactive, not merely re-active. Although the majority of family law matters settle through negotiations, we are prepared to proceed through the court system when it is in clients' best interest.

Each member of the Department is experienced in all aspects of family law and the judicial system. Our combined experience, and our resources, provide a team approach to help our clients through this difficult process.
