Through meticulous preparation, the team within the firm had a 100% success rate at trial during those three years. A large part of Domhnall’s practice is representing tourists who are injured while visiting the U.S.A. Attorneys throughout the world refer personal injury cases to him. Because of the many pitfalls he has seen for injured tourists bringing lawsuits in the U.S.A., he co-authored, with solicitor Conway O’Hara, “Bad-Apple”, an article advising lawyers on how to handle cases where tourists are injured in accidents in New York. Law Society Gazette
